Super Sedan – Twin Turbo Charger Super Bee

August 28th, 2019

Greetings drag racing fans and speed freaks from every avenue of motorsport. Welcome to Street Car Takeover from Maryland International Raceway in Mechanicsville, MD.

Featured in this video is a breathtaking twin turbo Dodge Charger SRT Super Bee.

The most stunning thing about this Charger are the turbochargers poking through the hood. They are a pair of BorgWarner S400 units in 76-millimeter, built by Jose at Forced Inductions. In the center of the hood is a custom crafted Goertz (G1Pro) intake manifold. Rock Solid Motorsports is responsible for the turbo kit, and that includes the combo ice water bath in the trunk. The air shifted TH400 is courtesy of Proformance Racing Transmissions and Mass Acceleration Motorsports (North Carolina) deserves a big shout out for (basically) everything else. Oh, the engine is a 6.4-liter HEMI (stroked out to 426 cubes) with factory cylinder heads. Maximum output (@ 14 psi of boost) is estimated to be 1,200hp.

As you can see in the clip, this sedan posts consistent 8-second elapsed times in the 160 mph range. This is a great drag race car that remains functional for the street. Nice job guys!
