Challenger Hellcat Jailbreak vs. C63 AMG 507 – Street Hits

February 8th, 2024

In an all-out assault on the streets (of Mexico) tonight we have the latest version of the Dodge Challenger Hellcat rolling out against a beast of a Mercedes-Benz coupe. Both these cars are loaded with performance features from the factory. Let’s take a closer look before they take to the blacktop.

The rear-wheel drive 2015 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG 507 is near the top of the MB lineup. With a 507hp all-aluminum 6.2-liter V8 working under the hood, it’s easy to understand why. Mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, the ultra-smooth V8 boasts four-valves per cylinder and direct fuel injection. The C63 AMG 507 can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9-seconds and turn the standing quarter-mile in 12.3-seconds @ 117 mph. top speed is a computer controlled 176 mph. The Mercedes in the video has been upgraded with a full performance exhaust system, aftermarket filters and an E85 tune.

The brand-spanking-new 2023 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Jailbreak is running a supercharged 6.2-liter High-Output HEMI V8 engine capable of producing 807hp and 707 lb.-ft. of torque. This is a very bad kitty. Loaded with drag racing focused innovations such as the Power Chiller, which utilizes condensation from the air conditioning unit to cool the supercharger, the Jailbreak is arguably the baddest production vehicle in existence. Fresh out of the box, the rear-wheel drive Jailbreak can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.7-seconds and blast through the quarter-mile in 11.8-seconds @ 124 mph.

Without further ado, let’s get these stallions ready to run.
