New Mexico Gang Style Street Racing

July 6th, 2015

New Mexico Gang Style Street RacingWhat do you get when you pit four elite level forced air induction street racing machines against one another on the thoroughfares of New Mexico? You get cops, controversy, and tons of speed. You also get street racing – wild, wild, West style. Check out this feature video.

First things first; the Corvette is running a supercharged 416-cubic-inch stroker motor with a 200 shot of nitrous. The owner/operator claims a dyno-certified 1,101hp and he is riding on Mickey Thompson E/T Streets. Next is an Alpha prepared Nissan GT-R. These cars are always ready for just about anything. He is also claiming 1,100hp. The pretty blue BMW is radically modified to produce an estimated 950hp but has the weight advantage over the rest of the field. Last but certainly not least – calm down Toyota fans – is the mighty Supra. It has the 3.4-liter inline-6-cylinder engine with a Garrett 4780 turbocharger and he is also making 1,100hp. Is anyone else starting to see a developing trend? It’s gonna’ get messy but its gonna’ be good!

NOTE: We neither condone nor encourage racing on public streets.
