There’s always a lot to see during Rocky Mountain Race Week. However, if this insane Porsche build is any indicator, the week ahead will be the wildest one yet. Appropriately nicknamed “The Shark”, this Porsche may have the largest supercharger that we have ever seen. Let’s drop in for a closer look.

Owned and driven by Danny Humphrey, this stunning 1978 Porsche 928 is packing plenty of punch with a Steve Morris built 572 cubic-inch big block racing engine. Sitting atop this mechanical masterpiece is a massive roots style blower. The build is fresh, and aspirations are high. Maximum output is estimated to be 3,000hp to the rear wheels. No doubt, this is a beast of a car, but can Danny transfer all that power to the pavement?

Tina Pierce is also on hand with her new car. It’s a Nova with a twin turbo big block setup. If we know Tina, this car will be lethal.
