Watch us race the new 2018 Ford GT vs the McLaren 720S down the Wannagofast 1/2 mile races at the Immokalee Airstrip.

The Ford GT is powered by a 3.5L Twin Turbocharged V6 with 647HP while the McLaren 720S runs a 4.0L Twin Turbocharged V8 making a very conservative 710HP as per McLaren.

While both use a 7speed dual clutch transmission with launch control and use carbon tubs, the McLaren comes in a couple hundred pounds lighter on the scales resulting in a much better power to weight ratio.
