Corvette Z06 vs. Cadillac CTS-V

Corvette Z06 vs. Cadillac CTS-VThis is street (roll) racing between a modified ‘Vette and a souped-up Cadillac. Times were, when you get your sports car modified to your liking and hit the streets for some roll racing action, the last thing that you would expect is for a sedan to give you a run for your money. Well, time passes and things change; today’s high-powered sedans are pretty potent from the factory and they are easily modified. Despite the fact that this race is between a top-tier sports coupe and a luxury sedan, it is one of the closest street contests that I have witnessed on video.

The ‘Vette (580hp) has been modified with upgraded cylinder heads, a performance camshaft, cold air intake, and exhaust headers. The Caddy (598hp) has been upgraded with a high-performance crank pulley, cold air intake, and a heat exchanger. Like the Z06, it is supercharged from the factory.

NOTE: We neither condone nor encourage racing on public streets.
