Late Model Corvette Street Racing

June 3rd, 2015

Late Model Corvettes Street RacingIt is a Corvette-fest down south of the border, in the sunny Mexico Racing League. Watch as these late model Z06s, ZR1s, and GSs do battle on the streets of Old Mexico (Yeah). The order of the day is rolling starts and awesome horsepower as these drivers “let it all hang out” displaying monstrous cubic inches, heavy-breathing superchargers, and volatile nitrous oxide injections.

Your ride-along car is a Yellow, late model, Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, known as “The Banana”. Despite packing a huge punch (650HP) in factory trim, this ‘Vette is equipped with upgraded cylinder heads and camshaft, a Magnuson heat exchanger, an extensive porting and polishing job, and a 200 shot of Nitrous Outlet NOs. He is still in for a rough outing. Watch the video and see the other mutated Corvettes lurking in the night.

NOTE: We neither condone nor encourage racing on public streets.
