Bimmerpost member MGWally took his brand new 2015 BMW M3 F80 to ATCO Raceway this week and ran a very impressive 11.66 @ 119 MPH completely stock with on 103 octane fuel, which is actually quicker than any stock M5 we’ve seen run so far.

The new F80 M3 is powered by a 3.0L straight 6 cylinder engine with 425 horsepower through a 7 speed dual clutch transmission. However, dyno results show the new M3 is making much more power, putting down 424 horsepower to the wheels as we reported a few months ago.

Weather at ATCO was optimal as usual with a DA of -350, so don’t expect this to be the norm for the M3.  Take a look at the timeslip and video below:
