This is a “must see” and hear video. These cars look great and sound even better. In lane one, we have a 2011 TT Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggarra, dyno tested at over 1,700hp. In lane two, a 1,500hp turbocharged Toyota Supra with a Powerglide transmission. It sounds like disaster for the Supra but what happens next is why they actually run the races.

The Lambo is equipped with an RS2 twin turbo package and actually delivers 1,775 horsepower to the wheels. All-wheel drive and a 7-speed dual clutch automated manual transmission make sure that traction is never an issue. Meanwhile, the turbocharged Supra has an “old school” 2-speed Powerglide transmission and an inline 6-cylinder engine providing accompaniment for the rear-wheel driveline configuration.
