First up was to hit the supercharger to top off the charge where the Tesla and check the power output using the Power Tools App with the P100D peaking out at 567 kW which converts to an astounding 760 HP.   Previous test data on the latest P90D Ludicrous refresh hit 500-512 kW, so this puts the P100D with around a 70-90HP peak gain over it’s predecessor.

This P100D was configured with the standard 19″ wheels with all season 245/45/19″ tires and no panoramic roof.   Other options included autopilot, premium upgrades package and ultra high fidelity sound.   Weight came in at 4,945 pounds. After topping off the charge again with the Tesla showing 317 miles of range, we setup the Racelogic Performance Box and proceeded to test out just how quick the new Tesla is.
