900WHP BMW 325i – Track Roll Racing Beast

March 15th, 2019

Greetings racing fans! Please allow me to introduce Francis Von Louie and his awesome BMW 325i. This is a car purpose-built to run 60-65 mph rolls on the track. To say that Frank dominated the competition during the SlipStream Roll Racing season of 2018 would be an understatement. This clip grabs some of the best moments of the summer and brings them to you, here. Take a gander.

The 2.8-liter M52 engine in Frank’s sedan has been rebuilt with high-performance connecting rods and pistons. The turbocharger has been upgraded to a Borg Warner S369 (at 32 psi) and he is using a stock engine controller. The combination is capable of producing 800whp and breaking the heart of just about any competitor that rolls alongside him.

In June, the car was treated to a larger 7675 Precision turbocharger, despite being pretty dominant during the first half of the season. The new configuration makes 940whp possible at 26 psi of boost.

This is an amazing car, competing in a brand of racing that you seldom experience on a track of this type. Very interesting.
