Leather upholstery (door panels), air conditioning, 1,600whp, and 200+ mph; it don’t get any better than that!

This four-door Cadillac is on a mission to embarrass every GT-R, Supra, Camaro, Corvette, and Mustang that tows the line against it. It is well prepared by Hot Rod Dynamics with a lot of help from a 7.0-liter mill built by Tim Lynch of LynchMob Racing. It is a twin turbo car with a PTC transmission.

This car has run as fast as 212 mph in the half-mile. The owner/operator says that he would be happy with a 300 mph pass but realistically speaking – anything over 213 would illicit great joy.

The venue is WannaGoFast Virginia and there is no shortage of 200+ mph competition.

The initial pass for our feature car nets a 204 mph top-speed but a quarter-mile burnout leaves the rear tires roasted and less than effective.

After that, there’s a lot of spinning and grinning but no 210+ mph passes. Oh well, at least he kept the shiny side up so that he can live to race another day.

No doubt, there are more great half-mile runs in store for this awesome car and crew.
