The 2015 McLaren 570S is just one model in a new line of “sport-series” supercars that are designed to push the limits of performance to the brink while maintaining excellent drivability. With such stunning credentials as the ability to rocket from 0 to 62 mph in 3.2-seconds, 0 to 124 mph in only 9.5-seconds, and an electronically regulated top-speed of 204 mph, the 570S certainly seems super indeed.

Fifty-years of Formula 1 racing experience are brought to bear in every 570S. From the lightweight carbon-fiber monocoque shell to the mid-mounted dual-turbocharged 562-horsepower 3.8-liter V8 engine, seven-speed SSG transmission, and Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tires, this supercar is all about a class-leading power-to-weight ratio that is also manageable in any driving situation.

In typical McLaren style, the 570S also features the trademark dihedral doors. The 570S Coupe utilizes the “floating” door tendon to divide airflow; channeling excess air to the engine (for cooling) and underneath the flying buttresses for increased downforce at high-speeds.
