10-Second Stock Camaro ZL1

This clip documents a 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 making a quarter-mile pass of 10.943-seconds @ 128.275 mph. The venue is Mountain Park Dragway in Clay City, Kentucky and the temperature is approximately thirty-two-degrees.

The car is bone stock and rolling on stock tires. Keep in mind that this Camaro is often referred to as the king of the performance coupes. It is the top of the current Camaro line and is the most capable Camaro ever produced. From the factory it is capable of producing 650hp @ 6,400 RPM and 650 lb.-ft. of torque @ 3,400 RPM. Top speed is an electronically controlled 190 mph and it can accelerate from 0 – 60 mph in only 3.5-seconds.

The engine is a 6.2-liter LT4 V8 with an Eaton supercharger. The 2017 version features a new intercooler design that promotes more efficient heat exchange. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 10-speed automatic. The rear differential is electronically controlled and the tires are massive.
