Are you afraid of the SAAB?
This video is really old, we've got the girl racin! Here's footage from
From www.thecarbeque.com We've worked out all the major problems with our
$400 SAAB, installed a set of EBC race brakes, put on the race Exhaust and the next step will be all the safety
equipment. We will be going to Alston Race Cars in Antioch to get the snow
leopard (our internal codename for the carbeque) measured for the roll
cage. They do amazing work. In the meantime we will begin to devise our
cooker box that'll turn the 900 into a real Carbeque. Until then, enjoy!

Saab 900 turbo on the Stelvio Pass
On August 15th 2010, we drove a MY84 Saab 900 T16 and a MY88 Saab 900 Aero
up and over the Stelvio Pass; also formally known as the 'best driving road
in the world' (Jeremy Clarkson - Top Gear). Besides the fact that we had to
cope with rain, hail and the occasional campervan, it was a delight and the
best day ever spent in an old Saab.
1988 Saab 900 Turbo Convertible, Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Tour
In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 1988 Saab 900 turbo Convertible. I take viewers on a close look
through the interior and exterior of this car while showing details, over
viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself.
I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it
sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to
give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
1999 Saab 9-3 stock blow off valve
1999 Saab 9-3. This setup costs me $36. I bought a $10 elbow and a $23
air filter to complete my intake which is very easily installed by removing
the stock air box. I then took off the tube that reroutes the blow off
valve allowing you to hear the blow off valve ( might I add its pretty
impressive for being a stock blow off.). I then bought a $3 boat plug from
Meijers which will plug up the hole where the blow off was routed too.
NOTE: THIS IS A MUST TO PLUG UP THIS HOLE! If you have any questions feel
free to contact me. Enjoy your cheap and easy way to making your Saab 9-3
sound as if its after market! :)
