Monster Energy Ballistic B.J. Baldwin
How do B.J. Baldwin, a 850-horsepower Trophy Truck with
34-inches of suspension roaring pell-mell across the Mojave Desert at 150
miles an hour doing things that just really are not conceivable, a dazzling
damsel in distress and her diamond in the asphalt D-Sport automobile, the
big neon glitter skyline of Las Vegas and one of the most opulent
hotel/casinos on The Strip all end up in one atom-splitting, retina
stinging, mind blowing piece of incandescent cinematic magic? Good
question. And one we can't answer.
However, even though it is April 1st -- this is no joke and today Monster
Energy flips the switch to light up cyberspace with the short film #RECOIL.
Filmed by Tempt Media.
BIG trains : BIG Power : Iron ore trains in Western Australia
A power parade of locomotives on the longest and heaviest trains in
Australia. The locomotives featured here are SD70's as imported from the
US and Canada, GE Dash 8's as built or modified by their Australian
operators, GEVO's with the bigger radiators fitted for the harsh Pilbara
climate, SD90's, Dash 9's and Australian built GE C44aci and EMD GT46C's
built locally to suit the lighter axle load limits on the old state owned
systems in Western Australia. BHP and ARG ( a Queensland Rail subsidiary )
use distributed power whilst FMG and Rio Tinto run all the power up
front........other than a few places where they use pushers. Places which
unfortunately are in restricted areas. Train lengths vary from 159 cars on
the ARG trains to 250 cars on the FMG trains.
The 2012 Mint 400 Desert Race - HeavyMetalConcepts
Shot by a 2 man HMC crew traveling together on foot with no course vehicle
access, we made the most of a logistical challenge and put together this
quick edit of the Mint 400 race in our hotel room through the eyes of our
two cameras, and of course on board cameras.
Special Thanks to:
OffRoadPress.com & Jeff Knoll
And for the following racers running cameras:

My 1970 coil over baja bug
A quick video I put together of my first time driving the car around since
we "finished" it. Feel free to ask any questions about the build, I'd be
happy to answer.
