Bad Driving Compilation
A collection of lane crossers and driving fails recorded on Mulholland Hwy over the last 6 Months. Celica at end is same as one from beginning, he crashed a couple turns after he passed me. Mulholland Highway in Los Angeles has been a popular riding area for motorcycles & fast cars for decades. Car and motorcycle clubs are regular visitors every weekend. Jay Leno can often be found at the famous Rockstore and at a view point called Lookout talking with fellow motor enthusiasts. Crashes are common as well as a heavy police presence on most weekends. The Snake is a two mile section of Mulholland above the Rockstore. Riders usually will make multiple runs allowing me to move from corner to corner when assembling rider videos. The speed limit is 45 mph, most riders are not going much over that so the majority of tickets are crossing the line, wheelies or equipment violations. Bicycles are up here all the time but motorcycles and bikes seem to do fine together as long as the cyclists are willing to stay to the right. Cars passing them are a bigger problem since there is no shoulder and most turns are blind. I mainly shoot on the last corner coming up because I can see much of the road and photogs are expected. The turn gets it's fair share of crashes but people crash other places also just no one is filming. The top corner I shoot seem to average one crash every couple weeks in the summer, out of many hundreds of riders. 911 emergency services are rarely called and accidents are seldom reported since most riders do not get injured severely. Supermoto Police Chase
The cop was lit up with sirens on the way to an emergency. The rider with his music blasting, unaware pulled out in front of the cop rippin down the Snake. The cop was just a short distance behind the rider so everyone thought it was a police chase. Even funnier, the rider pulled over to come up for a second run and the cop continued on. Everyone thought the rider hid as the cop passed. When the rider came back he had no idea what was going on.

Ducati Superbike 848 vs Porsche Carrera GTS
When returning from a trip through Germany on my Ducati Superbike 848 a Porsche Carrera GTS was joining me. He was probably in some kind of hurry. It was nice to see what both machines from the year 2010 can do. Shifting didn't went very well, i know. Yes, i know how to shift, and can shift fast and smooth! There was absolutely no intention to race on public road. I tried to keep as much distance from other vehicles as possible (for safety). There was not much traffic. Had good dry weather but was driving straight into the wind. Pretty heavy actually. Noticeable by the shaking windscreen. The GoPro HD Hero2 camera was mounted on to the steering and have a microphone attached to the rear of the bike, somewhere between the engine and the Exhaust pipes. Still working on getting the real Ducati sound in my videos. # Specifications Ducati Superbike 848 (2010) - Engine: L-Twin cylinder, 4 valve per cylinder Desmodromic, liquid cooled - Displacement: 849.4 cc - Power: 134 hp (98.5 kW) @ 10000 rpm - Torque: 70.8 lb-ft 96 Nm @ 8250 rpm - Transmission: 6 speed, Straight cut gears, Ratio 1.84:1 - Modification: Ducati Performance Full Racing Exhaust System by Termignoni Porsche Carrera GTS (2010) - Engine: DOHC 24-valve flat-6, aluminum block and heads, direct fuel injection - Displacement: 232 cu in, 3800 cc - Power: 408 hp @ 7300 rpm - Torque: 310 lb-ft @ 4200 rpm - Transmission: 7-speed dual-clutch automatic with manual shifting mode

Ducati 1199s Panigale & CBR600RR Lowside On The Snake | Johnny5sWorld
On a cold Sunday there were 4 lowsides that I knew of, this is the video for two. Sorry for the shaky footage (more details below) CBR600RR - Q2 Tires, track bodywork ziptied together. Rider was on cold tires moments before lowside. Pressures were also too high for the weather. No injury to rider, just cosmetic damage to the bike. Ducati Panigale - 1199s was a rental from racyrentals.com, rider was from out of town and only had two days on the bike. bike was damaged heavily from frame, forks, wheels & bodywork. Rider only had minor bruises and road rash to right forearm. Bike carried full coverage from rental so a $2500.00 vehicle waiver will be charged for the damage. No Mercy for Lane Crossers - Ducati 848 Crash
Ducati owner using both lanes makes two passes before crashing up top.The rider was out of his lane twice on this corner as well as other parts of the road . Staying in your lane is the rule everyone agrees on and you'll get no mercy if you purposely cross into the opposing lane. Looking at the slowmo appears he slid out when he hit the missing reflector not the line.

Audi RS6 vs Ducati 1199 Panigale R - car vs bike track battle
Audi now owns Ducati, so we decided to race the brands' most powerful models, the Audi RS6 and the Ducati 1199 Panigale R. Subscribe to our YouTube channel http://bit.ly/11Ad1j1 Subscribe to the mag http://subscribe.autoexpress.co.uk/yt Audi now owns Ducati - so we thought it'd be fun to have a track battle between the most powerful Audi you can order and the most powerful Ducati you can order. The 1199 Panigale R has a 1.2-litre V-Twin with 195bhp. There is an even hotter Superlegera version but it’s sold out, so this R is the most powerful Ducati you can buy. The Audi RS6 has a 4.0-litre bi-turbo V8 with 560hp – that’s 10 horses more than an R8 V10 Plus, which is why we have chosen the estate for this track battle. Auto Express’s Owen Mildenhall will be in the RS6 while Alastair Fagan from Fast Bikes magazine will be on the Panigale. With 1032bhp per tonne the Ducati did 0-60mph in 3.2 seconds and the standing quarter in 10.5 seconds compared to 4.3 and 12.4 seconds for the 289bhp per tonne Audi. The bike clearly ruled in a straight line- but let’s see what happens when we add some corners... For a two-tonne car it's pretty impressive. It's got loads of grip, and the fact that the fan was still going a long time after we finished the race is an indication of how tightly packaged everything is under this bonnet, with a big V8 in there. There's loads of grip and massive straight-line performance. It's not the most thrilling car to drive on track because you can't really do much with it, it's not very adjustable. It just grips and that's it. You can't disable the stability control either, but there's no doubting it's really fast. The bike feels fast no matter what you do and no matter how fast you ride it, you always think you'll come back to a lap record - but as proven in the past it's not always correct. On this occasion, the bike beat the car - but in the car's defence, there's one thing you can do with it that you can't do with the bike: take the whole crew out for a hot lap!
