Pontiac Banshee A Longer Look
The Banshee was a vision for what the Firebird could become. Of course, this concept car could never be built exactly, too low on the road and it wouldn't pass the safety and crash tests, but it was exciting. It demonstrated that the problem with GM cars didn't sit on the designers' shoulders. They were more than capable of dreaming up engaging and fun vehicles that would set imaginations on fire.

1962 Pontiac Catalina 421 Super Duty - Gateway Motorsports Park - Huge Wheelie
Be sure to check us out on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/RamblinAroundTV This is a video of an awesome 9 Second, 1962 Pontiac Catalina. This Super Stock Pontiac was racing in the Nostalgia Drags at Gateway Motorsports Park, just outside of St. Louis, MO. It's an original 421 Super Duty car and man do they have it set up right. This thing hooks hard and leaves straight every time. Definitely nothing wrong with a mid 9 second quarter mile at 143 mph. I thought you might get a kick out of that huge wheelie he pulled on the one run. I hope you found it interesting....thanks for watching! 1963 Pontiac LeMans Rare 4 Cylinder Four Barrel Four-speed 3.73 Posi - Half of a 389 V8
I thought you might like a look at this very unique 1963 Pontiac LeMans. It's powered by a 194.5 Cubic Inch 45 Degree Four Cylinder, topped with a 4 BBL Carb, and running through dual Exhaust. Pontiac, basically cut a 389 V8 in half...in fact, it uses the same head as the 389 and the 421. In this case, the four cylinder is backed by a four-speed manual and a set of 3.73 Gears with Posi. As you can see, it really is a great looking car and would look right at home on the dragstrip in the 1960's. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for taking a look! 1969 pontiac lemans 455
Here's a video of my 69 lemans with rebuilt 455 bored .040 over (464), speed pro pistons, edelbrock rpm camshaft, 6x-8 heads ported, comp cams rollertip rockers, edelbrock valve springs, procomp intake, 750cfm edelbrock carb, and flowtech headders. This combo makes great power and I love the torque this monster makes. Next upgrade will be edelbrock aluminum heads to really wake this beast up! Please comment on engine combo, body, and suggestions. Thanx

PONTIAC - stock Pontiac Super Duty 421v8/405hp vs stock Chevy 409v8/409hp on DYNO
WATCH THE VID TO SEE HOW CLOSE THEY Dyno TO THEIR FACTORY 405hp/409hp ratings. Growing up.....Pontiac/Oldsmobile old timers/EXPERTS who taught me most of what I know, often told me Chevy rated their horsepower in a more optimistic way than say Oldsmobile or Pontiac. I've even heard Pontiac rated/tested their engines in a 100 degree room, compared to Chevy in a 60 degree room. These Dyno results seem to reflect that some of what I heard was true. Both of these engines are great, but the results do seem to show that Pontiac was not rating their horsepower worrying if it would cause "songs to be written" about their engines .... like the great song "She's real fine my 409"--(Chevy).

1972 Pontiac Lemans GT
This is my '72 Lemans GT. Pretty good condition for its age, a few little scuffs and such. Still runs right nice when you make the fuel get lively. Not long for me, though; it's for sale as of 6/10/12. Soak it in before it's gone. Also, please ignore my incoherent rambling, as I am an idiot on camera and in most social situations.
