VIAIR Jeep JK 2007-2011 2on2 Bolt-On Platform Installation
VIAIR's 2on2 Bolt-On Platform is the newest solution to air management for Jeep JK owners. Using either two 400C (High Speed) or 380C (High Pressure) compressors at its core- and mounted on a 2.0 gallon 5-port air tank, these vehicle-specific units provide more than enough CFM to accomplish virtually any pneumatic task. The 2on2s all come complete with an easy-to-install wiring harness and manifold to make wiring and plumbing the system straightforward. Vehicle-specific bolt-on platforms for 2007-2011 Jeep JKs are equipped with a crossmember mounting bracket.

'Train Horn' On A Jeep Wrangler
This is an overview of the install of my Viair Ultra Light Duty onboard air
system and my Wolo Model 847 Siberian Express 'Train Horn' that I installed
on my 2002 Jeep Wrangler: Sahara Edition.
The tank is 1 gallon and though it does sound the horn for short blasts
you'll likely want the 2.5 gallon tank for longer runs of the horns. The
closest horn I can think of that this one resembles would be a Nathan P3
but the tone is definatly off from that one.
Overall the entire Jeep is a big toy for me and this is something I've
wanted to do for years. I figured the rail enthusiasts would appreciate it
and fellow Jeep owners would like to see how the set up was installed.
For the horn 'purests' out there that think it's a virtual sin to place a
horn of this magnitude on a vehicle, feel free to complain away. My skin is
Onboard Air Systems
Onboard Air Delivery Systems can supply a constant flow which is not only
great for tyre inflation and re-seating a tyre bead. But can run pneumatic
(airbag) suspension, air lockers (regulate pressure to lockers to maintain
150psi in the tank for other uses), air tools, Exhaust jacks and inflating equipment such as
boats and inflatable tents. Onboard air is fantastic for use in both
recreational and commercial environments. Bushranger Onboard Air systems
are powered by Viair Compressors, all tanks are tested and meet Australian

2012 Jeep Wrangler 3.73 vs 4.88 gearing 6sp Manual / 35's
Just a quick video showing the difference between 3.73 and 4.88 gearing in
a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. We had one with 3.21 and one with 3.73. We changed
the 3.21 over to 4.88 and picked it up from the shop today. Both Jeeps are
rolling on 3" lifts and 35" tires. They are also both wearing ACE front and
rear bumpers and rock rails. Just mentioning that to give an idea of the
weight of them. Apologies on the unedited nature but I have other things to
Here are links to gear charts for the 3.8 and 3.6 JK's. It should give you
a good idea of what gearing would work for you. I've found them to be spot
on for what I'm seeing RPM wise. 3.8:
and for the 3.6:

PowerTank Inflation Shootout
What's the best way to reinflate tires after off roading? When you hit the
trails, it is best to air down tires for improve tire traction, ride
quality and reduced chance of tire punctures. When you get back to the
highway, you need to inflate your tires back to optimum pressure for road
driving. In this video, we comparem a Viair twin compreesor on-board air
system to a nitrogen bottle and the 15 pound PowerTank CO2 system. Does the
PowerTank really save time? Is it a good investment? Watch the video to
