ALMS 2012 - Nissan Deltawing Big Crash During Testing At Road Atlanta
During testing for Petit Le Mans the Nissan DeltaWing crashed with a Porsche GTC car and was forced into a roll.
Gunnar Jeannette was behind the wheel at the time of contact with the GTC Porsche. There's been no official word yet from the DeltaWing team or Nissan whether or not the car can be repaired in time for this weekend's race.

Minardi PS02 V10 (ex-Mark Webber) at Zandvoort
During the Italia a Zandvoort Event , five Minardi Formula 1 cars drove on
the circuit in the dunes. In this video you'll see the Minardi PS02 in
which Mark Webber finished fifth at the Australian Grand Prix in 2002.
The PS02 has the Asiatech 3.0-liter V10 engine in the back, pushing out
more than 800 hp. The owner and driver of this Minardi PS02 is Frits van
Eerd, he purchased the Minardi cars after they went bankrupt. More videos

Five Porsche 962 Group C cars attended the Historic Grand Prix at
Zandvoort. The Porsche 962 was designed to comply with IMSA GTP and Group C
In total 91 Porsche 962's were built using 2.8L, 3.0L, and 3.2L variants
with single and dual KKK turbochargers.
Power output was between 620 and 750 hp.
The championships won by teams campaigning the 962 included the World
Sportscar Championship title in 1985 and 1986, the IMSA GT Championship
every year from 1985 to 1988, the Interserie championship from 1987 until
1992, all four years of the Supercup series (1986 to 1989), and the All
Japan Sports Prototype Championship from 1985 until 1989. The 962 also won
the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1986 and 1987, with Derek Bell, Al Holbert and
Hans-Joachim Stuck at the wheel on both occasions

during a practice session on the 2012 Race of Champions track in Bangkok,

Le Mans - 1972 - Jo Bonnier fatal crash
Jo Bonnier was involved in an accident on the straight between Mulsanne
Corner and Indianapolis at Le Mans in 1972 when his open-top Lola-Cosworth
T280 collided with a Ferrari Daytona driven by a Swiss amateur driver
Florian Vetsch. His car was catapulted into the trees and he was killed.
Fellow racer Vic Elford saw the Ferrari burning furiously, and pulled his
Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 over to the right side of the track and ran across the
track to the Ferrari, opening the door, attempting to get Vetsch out. But
Vetsch had already gotten out of the car and was on the side of the track
where Elford had parked his Alfa. Elford saw Vetsch and then saw the
wreckage of Bonnier's yellow Lola in the woods next to the track. According
to Elford, the last he saw of Bonnier's Lola was that it was "spinning into
the trees like a helicopter". Elford later handed off his Alfa to Helmut
Marko, but the gearbox froze solid and they dropped out of the race. Elford
later said "it was the first time in my racing career I'm glad my car
