Eighteen year old rider killed at British Superbike Championship meeting

29 August 2011 Last updated at 19:15 Help A rider has died following an accident at the British Superbikes Championship meeting at Cadwell park near Louth. Ben Gautrey from Southport in Lancashire was one of several riders involved in the incident during the Metzeler National Superstock 600 race. The 18-year-old was treated at the Lincolnshire circuit but died of head and chest injuries. Crispin Rolfe reports.

R.I.P BENJAMIN GAUTREY, 1992-2011.
This is a friend of mine who was sadly killed in a tragic motorbike accident Monday 29th August 2011 at Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire. Ben was only 18 years old when he died and he was good friend and was the nicest person i've ever known, and definately the most talented, so i made this for him, my thoughts are with all of his family, R.I.P BEN, Sleep Tight Angel, Miss You Lots and We Love You,xxxxx
