Z-Fever swaps SR20DET into 350Z.MOV
This is an 03 Nissan 350Z we just finished. We fully built an S14 SR20DET engine, built custom manifold, downpipe, Exhaust, engine mounts, coolant pipes, Intercooler pips, and wiring harness. The key is that we had to run both the VQ35 and the SR20 ECU's. One manages the engine while the other manages the cars functions like VTC, gauges, cruise control, and more. It also runs the drive-by-wire throttle body. This is the trickiest part of this build and it is VERY cool indeed! EVERYTHING works as if it was factory installed by Nissan (except the fact that it is putting down 500whp). This is the way a swap is supposed to turn out!
