Rebuilt 305 Small Block Chevy FOR SALE
I just rebuilt this 305ci Small Block Chevy out of a 1984 chevy 1/2 ton pickup truck. This motor is for sale I am asking $750. Price is negotiable. The engine was completely disassembled and all parts where cleaned. I replaced the rear main seals, main bearings, rod bearings, oil pan gasket, piston rings, timing set, head gaskets, valve stem seals, valve cover gasket, carburetor, Exhaust manifolds (with headers), intake manifold, water pump, fuel pump, thermostat, and a couple of other things but thats most of the major stuff. THE ENGINE TEST STAND AND RADIATOR DO NOT COME WITH THE ENGINE. I am only selling the engine with carb, headers, and starter, and so on. 1988 Monte Carlo SS full Roller 406 SBC
This is the full Roller SBC that powers my 1988 Monte Carlo SS. It's a 10.5:1 406 SBC with AFR 210 Comp ported heads, Hurricane intake, SMI 850 double pumper (in the video, before SMI was delivered, I was running a 750 Holley vac sec carb and as you can hear it got a crack in the base), Custom Howards solid roller cam, Forged bottom end, billet splayed cap block, Hooker long tubes, Comp Pro Magnum roller rockers. Engine made 602 hp @ 6600 and 571 lbft @ 4800 on the Dyno. Also don't laugh at the chunk of garden hose connecting the water ports (even though I do:) I couldn't find my pipe plugs for the run on the stand)
