Allan Moffat's immortal 1969 Trans Am Mustang is one of the greats of Australian motorsport. Winning 101 of 151 races it was also one of the most successful in our nations racing history. Formula One at Road America
Here is an onboard video from the 2012 KIC at Road America. The car is a 1997 Jordan with with a Judd engine instead of the Peugeot that it used in the actual Grand Prix. This was our first weekend with with the car and were astounded with the performance. There were a few bugs as expected but we got everything worked out. In front of me is my dad running a Benetton F1 from the same year, with the same engine. Keep in mind this is not a professional event, nor am I a professional driver. The only goal was to have fun and keep the car in once piece. Enjoy!

My 1967 Fastback Mustang during the Nor-Cal Shelby Club Vintage Race. So much fun!!! Recorded with two GoPro Hero cameras (Hero2 in the car and older Hero outside). The outside camera was stuck to the bodywork with the 3M sticky pads that come standard with the GoPro cameras! Unfortunately the outside camera ran out of disc space, so the last bit of the race reverts back to the in car camera. There are a few more still pictures of the car at the end of the video.





Cheetah Race Car Chases a Boss-302 Mustang
In this video a 400+ hp Cheetah vintage race car chases a 430 hp Boss 302 Mustang at Inde MotorSports Ranch near Wilcox, Arizona on a day when the air temperature was 100 F. The Cheetah seems to leap from corner to corner with little effort, using only a fraction of it's power. This Cheetah is a very valuable collector car so the owner does not drive it at 100%, but it still cut a lap on this 2.8-mi 21-turn track at less than 2-min. Only 15 of these magnificent race cars from the mid-1960s were ever built. This immaculate example was built by the owner several years ago from the original blue-prints, and is powered by a small-block Chevy engine with four dual-throat Weber carburetors and makes in excess of 400 hp.
