*skip to 18:18 to see video of the car running *skip to 24:53 for Dyno video so after my last video the car ran good for about 2 weeks. long story short, the tune that my last shop did set my motor up for detonation so cylinder #1 dropped a significant amount of compression. the other 3 did as well but not to such a degree. it took me around 7-8 months to gather enough money to go with forged internals rather than OEM. i was on the verge of purchasing all the parts when i came across what i thought was too good to be true. someone in north carolina had a nice 1996 nissan 240se shell and fully built block for sale. he was asking right around what it would of cost me to rebuild my motor and considering i was getting a entire car and many aftermarket parts with it, it was a no-brainer for me... Ok, here it is for the people that don't believe I was doing 300whp on the stock T28. This was filmed the DAY before I ran at the track, which is my 240 at the track video. Stock S14 SR20, with 550cc injectors and the AEM w/MAP setup. Boost was peaking at 21psi, and falling to roughly 15-16 by redline. If you get on Freshalloy, you can find people with roughly the same setup doing 280-300whp all day.

Dyno day at AutoVaughn Performance. On the rollers, 1995 Nissan 240sx KA-T. 418 whp and 455 ft/lbs of torque Not to bad for a stock head. The bottom end is equipped with Wisco pistons on stock rods, ARP head studs, and a Cometic MLS Head gasket. Tuning was accomplished with Nistune Real-Time ecu.
