S.W.'s 246mph Texas Mile, Goliad, Tx, Spring 2009
Here is a short sequence I made documenting S.W. and the Boost Logic crew setting the Texas Mile record
at 246mph. I would like to thank them for allowing me to go along and
document their process, it was a blast and I look forward to going again.
The car is a 1995 Toyota Supra Hardtop with roughly 1,300rwhp, I believe
the turbo is a 91mm.
EVO X Record setting run at Texas Mile 180mph
Gates311's record setting run. Mitsubishi driver Ryan Gates and gets his
750whp Evo X up to 180mph. Ryan mentioned if the car had been geared for a
high top speed it could have kept on going for a while. You can see he's
pinned out at the top of fifth for the whole last 1/4 mile! Nonetheless,
this is officially the fastest Evo X in the country. Justin Kresty
