2/6/2007 Charleston, West Virginia Cars sliding in the snow.
Numerous cars have trouble going both up and down a snow and ice-covered steep hill in the Oakwood Road area of Charleston. Cars going downhill lock wheels and slide uncontrollably. Car after car tries climbing the hill unsuccessfully. Some try to turn around, others slide backwards down the hill. Snowplows clear the roadways, with sparks flying from the blade.
