Shelby GT500 acceleration
My stock 2007 Shelby GT500 accelerating to 80 MPH.
This car currently runs mid 11's at 124ish MPH.
I have won 15 trophies in bracket drag racing.
The video was made just casually on a chilly night with the car not even WOT.
2010 Camaro SS Exhaust HD (Best clip on the web)
Top quality audio recording of the 2010 Camaro SS sound with take off and followed Exhaust audio. The second recording is without the doppler effect, meaning the pitch does not change, and the audio does not fade away from distance. A very unique sound which is rarely heard from the stock Exhaust.

Camaro ZL1 Delivers 580 Horsepower and Exclusive Technologies
The 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1's supercharged 6.2L engine is SAE-rated at 580 horsepower (432 kW) and 556 lb.-ft. of torque (754 Nm) -- making it the most-powerful production Camaro ever.
The ZL1's outstanding power is complemented by advanced powertrain and chassis technologies, including exclusive Performance Traction Management and third-generation Magnetic Ride Control.
"The Camaro ZL1 delivers supercar performance and technology in the sports-car segment," said Al Oppenheiser, Camaro chief engineer. "For sheer power, the ZL1 delivers more horsepower than a Ferrari 458, more torque than an Aston Martin DB9 V12, and a better power-to-weight ratio than a Porsche 911 Carrera GTS.
"The Camaro ZL1 also features exclusive chassis and traction technologies," Oppenheiser said, "to offer the best of all worlds -- including balanced handling for the track, acceleration for a drag strip, and the comfort of a daily driver."
The most-powerful production Camaro ever
The 2012 Camaro ZL1's surpasses the advertised power of the legendary 1969 Camaro ZL1's 427 cubic-inch big block by more than 150 horsepower (112 kW) -- while meeting modern emissions requirements. And, the new ZL1 is backed by General Motors' five-year / 100,000-mile powertrain warranty.
"The torque is going to make the ZL1 a car you won't want to get out of," said John Rydzewski, assistant chief engineer for small block engines. "Not only will the ZL1 have more power and torque than the competition, we're making it available with an optional automatic transmission, to appeal to a wider group of sports car enthusiasts."
The all-aluminum LSA supercharged V-8 is part of GM's legendary small-block engine family. For a solid foundation, the engine's lower end uses six-bolt main bearing caps that clamp and lock in the forged steel crankshaft to the deep-skirt block. Its 1.9L Roots-style blower uses an efficient four-lob rotor set and compact Intercooler to deliver Boosted air into the high-flow cylinder heads.
For the Camaro ZL1, the LSA features a unique induction system, with a lower-restriction air filter, dual inlet paths, and improved airflow through the Supercharger housing. Other changes include a higher-efficiency SuperchargerIntercooler and electric power steering system, which consumes less engine power than hydraulic-steering systems.
The ZL1 will be offered with either a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. The Tremec TR-6060 "MG9" manual features 30 percent more torque capacity than in the Camaro SS. The higher torque capacity results from a strengthened output shaft, high-strength rear housing, and additional roller bearing. The MG9 has also been tuned for improved shift feel, with a dual-mass flywheel, twin-disc clutch, and triple synchros for smooth, precise shifts.

With design cues evocative of the legendary 1969 model, the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro combines the spirit of the classic American muscle car with the fuel efficiency, safety, handling, technology and build quality expected in a modern performance coupe.
The Camaro is available in three trims: LS, LT and SS. The LS and LT are powered by a 304-hp direct-injected 3.6-liter V6 with a six-speed manual or an optional six-speed automatic transmission. The SS?s 6.2-liter V8 generates 426 horsepower with the standard six-speed manual, and 400 horsepower with the optional six-speed automatic with sequential shift control. Standard equipment on all Camaros includes independent rear suspension, StabiliTrak stability control with traction control, six airbags, air conditioning, OnStar and XM satellite radio. The LT adds fog lights, 18-inch alloy wheels and power driver?s seat, while the SS features unique front fascia, sport suspension, Brembo brakes, limited slip differential, a rear spoiler and heated leather seats. The available RS Package includes 20-inch aluminum wheels with performance tires, distinctive high-intensity headlights with a ?halo ring? display, rear spoiler and unique tail lamps. Optional equipment includes Bluetooth wireless connectivity, power sunroof, performance tires, Boston Acoustic sound system and a variety of exterior stripe packages.
The Chevrolet Camaro is all-new for 2010.
Camaro ZL1 Laps Nurburgring in 7:41.27
DETROIT -- The 2012 Camaro ZL1 recently recorded a 7:41.27 lap at the Nurburgring. That is nearly 40 seconds quicker than a Camaro SS tested at the legendary German track in 2009. Measuring 12.9 miles (20.8 km) and including some 154 turns, the Nurburgring's Nordschleife ("north loop") is widely considered the world's most-demanding course.
The Camaro ZL1 used for the lap was a production-intent model, with no performance modifications, driven by Camaro Performance Engineer Aaron Link. The Camaro ZL1 recorded its time of 7:41.27 from a flying start.
"The Nurburgring is unlike any track in the world," said Al Oppenheiser, Camaro chief engineer. "Each lap includes fast straights, sweeping off-camber turns, hairpin corners, and elevation changes. In order to do well on the 'Ring, the car has to do everything well -- including acceleration, braking, and lateral grip. Breaking an eight-minute lap in a 2+2 production car is a tremendous accomplishment, and validates that the Camaro ZL1 will truly be track-ready from the showroom."
More than 30 percent of the Camaro SS was re-engineered for the Camaro ZL1, which arrives at U.S. dealerships in the first quarter of 2012.
The Camaro ZL1 features a supercharged 6.2L "LSA" engine SAE-rated at 580 horsepower (432 kW) and 556 lb.-ft. of torque (754 Nm) -- making it the most-powerful production Camaro ever. Power is delivered to the rear wheels by either a six-speed manual or automatic transmission.
The ZL1's power is complemented by exclusive performance technologies, including the third-generation of Magnetic Ride suspension and Performance Traction Management.
Additional track-ready features standard on the Camaro ZL1 include coolers for the engine, transmission and rear differential, cooling ducts for the Brembo brakes, and a high-performance fuel system delivers fuel to the LSA engine under any performance-driving condition.
"The ZL1's full capability is evident at the Nurburgring," said Link. "One of the best moments is coming through 'Fuchsröhre', or Foxhole. The ZL1 accelerates at an unbelievable rate down through the tunnel of trees, and into a sweeping left-hand corner flat out in fifth gear. You have to have an extremely well-mannered, confidence-inspiring car to take any corner at 160 mph without lifting off the throttle -- and the ZL1 was just brilliant."

I recorded this great looking Chevrolet Camaro SS in Assen a few weeks ago. This SS has the V8 engine with 426HP, 0 to 100km/h takes 4,6 seconds and when it accelerates it leaves a very nice growl!
What do you think about the looks and the sound of the Camaro SS?

Best 1/4 Mile time to date is 12.7 at 116 MPH. This time is with spinning in 1st and having to "baby" the throttle in 1st and part of 2nd as to not break a half shaft.
Thanks for watching we love the car!
