This is my first video Ive ever made, so sorry if it sucks. Had to trim it down from 30+min long. And I didnt even get all the pulls in. Made a total of 9 Dyno Pulls that day, with a result of 450 hp and 479 ft lbs. On the later pulls I had him turn the Dyno down to read as low as possible, which is 3000 RPM. By 3k it was already making 430 ft lbs! and at 6000 was still at 412 ft lbs, VERY flat and nice torque curve. We tried different size jets, 2 different carb spacers, and played with the timing. Best result was out of the box jetting for the carb, and carb right on the manifold! Lost 15 ft lbs on the low end with the carb spacers! Was a great day at the Dyno shop, hope you guys enjoy the video!

This is a 383 Stroker that I built block up. AFR 195 heads with Comp Xtreme
Energy hydraulic flat tappet cam XE284H. Scorpion roller rockers, comp
magnum pushrods. Eagle rotating assembly which has Eagle cast crank, Eagle
SRP rods, and Speed Pro flat-top pistons. Running MSD 6al with billet
distributor. Lunati full roller timing chain, Holley 770 aluminum street
avenger carb, Edelbrock RPM air-gap intake manifold. All fasteners in motor
are ARP 12 point with some 6 point. 10.35:1 compression ratio. Will be
going into my 1972 nova once car is back together!

How To Build a Chevy 383 Stroker - Part 1: Block & Crank
This is a new multi part series on how to assemble a small block Chevy 383
stroker motor (actually it is an internal combustion engine - "motors" are
electric - but I digress LOL).
MOST of the assembly applies to any small block engine. I have divided up
