Steeda catback vs. super 44's, O/R X-pipe vs. Catted X, and 3.5" vs. 4" Exhaust tips. This is a comparison of the 3 of 4 Exhaust combinations i've ran on this Mustang. I've finally settled with the last set up in the video. These are just 3 of the many combinations available, So I hope this video will help out if you are looking for new Exhaust for your Stang. You can either rule 1,2 or all 3 out and settle for something different. The Steeda Cat-back with O/R x-pipe was my first set up after stock. The steeda mufflers created a resonance and BUZZED at certain rpms and created vibrations and rattles on the inside of the car. The second set up was with Flowmaster super 44's with a catted x-pipe. The 44's were alot deeper in tone compared to the Steeda mufflers, but with the catted X-pipe, the sound volumed was cut back quite a bit as was the flow volume as well. I had also changed out the 4" overkill Exhaust tips to somewhat more normal looking 3.5" tips. And then finally I went back to the O/R x-pipe with the Flowmaster super 44's and kept the 3.5" Exhaust tips. and So far so good for me. One last thing, Make sure you have enough clearance before driving over your video camera :)
Before & After X-Pipe '99 Mustang GT
I recently put a Pypes O/R x-pipe on my 99 GT (I WOULD NOT recommend anyone
buy this x-pipe. I had to take mine to a muffler shop to have it installed
and the guy there even had terrible fitment issues with it. Don't get me
wrong I LOVE the sound but buy a different brand). This video is a simple
comparison of before and after sounds. Enjoy!
2015 Mustang GT 5.0 Tunnel Ram Performance exhaust by Kinney's
Raw, deep and pure aggression are exactly what Kinney's Tunnel Ram
performance systems are about! If a head turning robust tone is what your
looking for then here is the perfect system for your new Mustang GT. The Mustang's factory system has
reductions that are slightly smaller than 2.25 at the muffler's and
resonator's inlet & outlet joints. As you can see in this video the factory
pipes are very intense and restrictive in several areas. We reduced the
amount of bends found in the stock Exhaust and maintained a smooth complete 2.50
system. We effectively routed this beautiful system with nearly 40% less
bends! We first started with our Hydro-formed "X" Pipe and followed that up
with a set of our signature Tunnel Ram mufflers. From there we fabricated a
very relaxed and smooth set of axle pipes routed neatly under the
independent suspension. This ultimate Tunnel Ram system was finished off
with a pair of our very own "Viper" 4 inch dual wall stainless steel tips.
The finished result is a thing of beauty and aggression found only in a
Kinney's custom System. We have had it reported to us that the gains are 26
horsepower and 19
foot pounds of torque! We will be developing our "Street Demon" signature
system for the same car just as soon as we get another one of these beast
so keep your eyes open for our next creation! Note the precision heavy duty
workmanship and industrial hangers, just another reason Kinney's is best!
It's hard to get upset about over engineering! Our high quality systems are
available in stainless steel and heavy duty aluminized tubing. Kinney's
does not fabricate our unique high quality systems for shipping or internet
sales and we must have your Mustang in house to build so contact
us today for your appointment. Kinney's is the only performance Exhaust center in the nation that allows our
customers to see it and hear it BEFORE buying it! With over 1,400 videos on

their car or truck! No other Exhaust

2015 Mustang EcoBoost MRT Off-Road Turbo-Back Exhaust Install
Today we are showing you how to install MRT's stainless steel 3" to 2-1/2"
high-flow off-road turbo-back Exhaust system with 4" tips on our 2015 EcoBoostMustang. The Mustang EcoBoost is not going to sound like a V8 GT,
however you can give it a much more aggressive sound as well as increase
The MRT turbo-back system will mount in
all of the factory Exhaust mounting
locations and exits through your rear valance. The 4" tips will fill up the
Exhaust cutouts much better than the
small stock muffler tips. And unlike most available systems, this kit will
even replace your factory downpipe with an un-catted pipe that will
increase flow when compared to your power-robbing factory catalytic
Installation can be done in a few hours with a jack and some basic hand
tools. The fitting is pretty exact so give yourself plenty of time to get
it right. Once installed our EcoBoost sounded a lot better, much more tone and
you can really hear the turbo now. If
you are looking to upgrade your EcoBoostMustang's Exhaust, than check out this turbo-back system from MRT. Keep in mind this is
intended for off-road use only, since it is un-catted it will not pass

2010 Mustang v6 Magnaflow quad exhaust
Transformed my stock 2010 v6 into something completely different.
It took a lot of time effort.......and money to get this all completed.
The Exhaust is magnaflows competition
quad tip axle back hooked up to pypes x pipe/mid pipe kit. Nothing was a
direct fit so it turned into a complete custom hook up.
I knew before buying the axle back that nothing would (directly) fit. As
long as you (or a shop) have a way to cut and weld metal, anything fits.
So, that being said, yes, this kit fits 2010s even though it specifies
Along with this I have a Bama 93 octane race tune.
Custom trim/exterior painting done by myself using plastidip.
I painted rims, decklid, door handles, spoiler, grille, side mirror covers,
hood accents with pin stripes.
Tinted tail lights and headlights using VHT night shade.
Also used Rustoleum and painted my side skirts. (hardly noticeable but I
can tell lol)
2003 Saleen Mustang S281 Start Up, Exhaust, and Full Tour
I get a chance to check out another saleen Mustang, this particular one was a
2003 S281 with manual transmission and all the goodies. This thing sounds
like an animal starting up, video does not do it justice lol. I go through
this vehicle and give a full tour, start up, show the engine, Exhaust, and rev it up, it's almost a symphony
Mustang Exhaust - H VS X Pipe
Both Exhaust clips of my Mustang combined.
- H Pipe setup is louder.
- H Pipe sound is more choppy, more of an old muscle car sound.
Yes that is Snow falling in the X-Pipe video...
2014 Mustang GT 5.0 Roush Exhaust
Installed the Roush axleback Exhaust
on my GT, love the sound! I've gotten nothing but compliments on them. They
sound even better in person.
Installation was pretty easy, did it by myself under jack and stands on my
garage floor in about 2 hours. Had a little trouble getting the stock
mufflers out of the hangars, but once they were off these went on
perfectly. Getting the tips just right and looking the same took a little
2015 Mustang GT Ford Racing By Borla Touring Cat-Back Exhaust Installation
In this video we are showing you how to install the Ford Racing by Borla
Touring Cat-Back Exhaust System on a
2015 Mustang GT. We also
give you some before and after sound clips with the system.
The Touring cat-back Exhaust is the
perfect Exhaust for those who want a
more aggressive muscle car sound, but also has a smooth low tone, with no
drone and not a lot of cabin noise while driving. This system is 50 State
drive-by noise legal as well as 100% emission compliant.
This is an easy bolt-on installation, although you may want some extra help
when removing the heavy one-piece factory system. A fe basic hand tools and
this system can be installed in about an hour.
The Ford Racing Touring Cat-Back is available with chrome tips or black
tips. Since this is Bill's personal car, he chose the black tips and they
were the exact look he was going for. This cat-back looks great with the
Deep Impact Blue and sounds awesome. If you are looking for an upgraded Exhaust make sure your check out the
Touring Series Cat-Back from Ford Racing.
