Onboard: Race Action from Raed Raffii in the Chevrolet Lumina V8 Supercar Finale
http://www.driver-coaching.com - Great Onboard race action with Raed Raffii in the final round of the Chevrolet Supercars Middle-East Championship at the fabulous Zain Reem circuit in Saudi Arabia.
Raed had qualified on pole for both races but made the mistake of being a little too fast for the rolling start and was caught out by Tarek El-Gammal into Turn 1. Raed battled with the Australian who was not as quick but who defended admirably but this allowed Fahad Al-Musalam to catch the pair. Raed briefly passed both El-Gammal and Al-Musalam at the hairpin as they battled for position but this left all 3 cars going side by side into the tricky double-left. Raed sensibly left room on the inside, just as well as a sideways Al-Musalam came by in a full 4-wheel drift which would have scored highly in any Drift Competition. Unfortunately Raed's generosity in leaving space let El-Gammal back into the lead. Raed chased hard and was many times alongside but El-Gammal retained his lead until the flag with Raed finishing in 2nd.

http://www.driver-coaching.com - First of my Race onboards from Snetterton in the Ma5da Racing Series using the new VIDEO4 system from Race Technology (currently in beta testing). Am racing in a Keystone loaned MX5 which I'd not sat in until Quali. Driver is myself Malcolm Edeson, Senior Instructor for Lotus-on-Track and The Racing School. Thanks for CG-Lock for their continued support I was able to attend this race meeting. As well as 2 reces in the Ma5da Racing series I also did 2 races in the Nippon Challenge alongside Mazda RX7, Mitsubishi Evo & FTO, Honda Civic Integra & CRX, Nissan 350Z, Suzuki Swift. It was a full grid of 38 cars.

Onboard : Saeed AlMouri Radical SR3 Driven like a Rally Car Zain Reem
http://www.driver-coaching.com - Onboard the Radical SR3 of 2010 Saudi Radical Champion Saeed AlMouri on a sand covered Zain Reem Circuit. This was the season finale, Saeed had already sewn up the Championship but was still hungry for victories. Conditions took a turn for the worse on raceday as the circuit was hit by a sandstorm. By the time of the race it had eased a little but the circuit was still covered in sand.
No problem to Saeed, an accomplished Rally Driver but it did give us some great action as an early spin left Saeed at the back of the pack and the video covers his fight to move back up the field with some great overtaking moves and awesome "rally style" driving. Who said you couldn't drive Radicals sideways? Saeed can :)
Saeed is back on familiar territory this week when he competes in the Sharqia Rally in Saudi Arabia.

F1 Turbo - The most scary race cars ever (Feel the torque)
Brilliant footage of formula 1 driver Johnny Dumfries in the 98T Renault F1 turbo John Player Special. On the circuit in Adelaide he is in 11th place. Listen to the torque of this remarkable Renault F1 engine. You can "feel" the power when you turn up your speaker volume. Nothing is compared to the real thing obviously.
These drivers were genuine heroes with no fear at all and a big big heart. Listen to the engine noise and look at the skills the driver need to have to keep this beast on the road. These engines had up to 1400 Bhp.
