HEMI Six Build Part-1 - Sleeving a Bore
Part 1 of our Hemi six build. We head down to Powerhouse Engines in
Warragul to sleeve our 265ci Hemi six. the engine is destined for Scotty's
VG Valiant wagon and should make around 300hp.
HEMI Six Build Part II
We continue machining our Hemi six engine at Powerhouse engines. We line
hone the block, resize the rods, fit ARP rod bolts and main studs and
balance the bottom end.

Valiant Hemi Six Cylinder engine with a Custom Megasquirt Fuel Injection
& Crank Fired Coilpack Ignition system on Sam's Engine Dyno.
It made about 300 Hp (Ok, 297) with lots more tuning to do in the car, but
ran very well with even the limited amount of tuning time we had on the Dyno. Tested with the
Weber Carbs as a Baseline, then the Megasquirt Injection to compare. The
O2 Based AutoTune function is Great ! We had it dialled in to the Ballpark
Map with about 10 minutes work.... Later in the car.. we will "engage" the
Nitrous System ! :)

Doing it the hard way is Andrew Sanders' Chrysler Centura. Powered by an
Aussie manufactured 265ci HEMI six cylinder, the Prescision turbocharged OHV engine is extremely old school in
design. Getting to this point has been many years in the making.

HEMI 6 turbo Valiant X275 Charger
Brad's Valiant Charger runs a personal best past in Sydney. The car is
powered by an old school 265ci HEMI 6-cylinder engine and Boosted by a Garrett GT47 turbocharger on Ethanol E85 fuel. The car still
retains a Chrysler 904 trans, Borg Warner rear end through MT 275 Street

426 Hemi in a '55 Chevy! Roadkill Episode 8

hit the road on a quest to build a car they've both dreamed of for years: a
'55 Chevy Bel Air sedan set up like a '60s Gasser and powered by a Mopar
426 Hemi. The guys drag out a '73 GMC Suburban that they'd never driven
more than around the block (did you expect anything else?), then use it to
pick up a bare '55 Chevy body in California before heading north for the
1,000-mile trip to Lincoln City, Oregon. That's the home of Jim Meyer
Racing, the chassis builder that helps the guys turn the '55 into a wicked
looking hot rod in a single day. There's no fail in this episode of
Roadkill! Well, at least nothing terminal.

88 GT we are rebuilding he just bought the car not long ago and we are
testing her limits.......has a stock 5.0 HO and a Rebuilt automatic
trans....... she runs dam good we both are impressed.. car just needs body
work and paint then shes ready for the ROAD! he has a long list of motor
mods lined up for the car more vids to come........

Tony Luci`s red 1975 Hemi 265 Centura at Chryslers on the Murray 2012
pulling 295 hp at the wheels on the Dyno car has produced a best of
320 RWHP with this engine,it had a problem of wheel spin on the rollers due
to the mud on the wheels in Albury.
FARAONE ENGINES 265 HEMI 400plus fly wheel hp
Faraone engines built hemi 6- 400hp plus fly wheel pump gas, solid
cam,iron head 265 - makes a Genuine 293 rwhp on a no fantasy mainline Dyno log driving through
a 9 inch diff. This 265 combination makes 308rwhp with 48mm webbers again
driving through a 9inch ford diff. Add approx 15 to 20 rwhp if you put a 4
pinion borgwarner diff behind this 265.So 330rwhp with pump gas,the point
dizzy holding things back a little.
