Orlando Cars and Cafe - Watch and Listen to this highly modified Mazda RX7 take off. Originally was filming another car but heard what sounded like gun shots. Turn around and see this 600+whp RX7 just backfiring like crazy. Watch and listen as he gets absolutely no traction in first gear and then just rockets off.
The car was putting down 600rwhp @16PSI of Boost with the potential to put down 800rwhp at 27PSI on race gas.

this digitally generated video is pretty old. the Supra was featured in Super Street early this year and the RX-7 was featured previously in an Import Tuner magazine. It'll be coming out with another feature, since the RX-7 is now LS powered.
400 Horsepower RX-7 in Tokyo
Met up with a guy who has a 400 hp RX-7 when it's running at low Boost. To ensure the longevity of the engine he's running his T04 turbo at about 12psin (very low Boost). It has 2 apex seals on a bridge port motor. He gave a demo on the freeway and showed what it can do.

Sold this before tour to afghanistan as well as the GSXR 1000.
Note to future FD owners, great cars but always have around 5000 sitting around for who knows what and when. They are not a cheap car to own or maintain.
