take off. Originally was filming another car but heard what sounded like
gun shots. Turn around and see this 600+whp RX7 just backfiring like crazy.
Watch and listen as he gets absolutely no traction in first gear and then
just rockets off.
The car was putting down 600rwhp @16PSI of Boost with the potential to put down 800rwhp
at 27PSI on race gas.

Why I picked the GT35R for my RX-7 over the stock twin turb
I cover the basics of turbochargers in
simple terms to explain why I chose the GT35R over T04Z or T78 or T88 etc.
It's all about air flow. Sure there are technologies that make the turbo more efficient in more applications but
the turbo is most efficient in an area
known as the compressor map.
Exhaust back pressure plays a huge
part when dealing with quick spool small turbos.
Large turbos deal with spool up and lag
I chose the GT35r for near stock spool up with more efficient 400 hp

Never before seen footage showing the assembly/start-up of our custom
4-rotor. It is the first 4-rotor since the 787b to use triple spark plugs
per rotor. It is also the first since the 787 to feature telescoping intake
manifold. Custom made slide throttle body system. A world first however is
the use of a center main bearing and 4-piece eccentric shaft. Quick specs-
9.7:1 rotors, lightened and race clearanced. Race main bearings, and race
rotor bearings, ceramic NRS 2mm apex seals. Custom stationary gears, Full
custom Peripheral Port in each rotor housing (defined auto), Aluminum side
housings for reduced weight. Needle roller bearing in the center housing.

26 PSI RX-7 GT35R Single Turbo
Ever wonder what happens if you hit fuel cut at 26 PSI on a turbo RX-7? Watch me do it on accident while
For those wondering, I had the ECU set to 20 PSI expectation and wastegate
to 26 PSI. ECU will go 3.5 PSI over its limits before it cuts the fuel.
Small logical error can make a huge difference.
I got lucky. I attribute a large part of that to the pre turbo water injection keeping my knock low and
combustion temps low while tuning.
