Also in the other lane was Nathan Farrugia in his awesome FD 20B RX7. Although appearing to not cross the centre line it was enough to give both competitors a decent shake up. Moey especially after hitting the wall on a fast pass in his 7-second BMW after pulling the chute!

Moey was on a hot pass and whilst everything looked good... It all went pear shaped in the deep end with the car spearing into the wall after crossing the finish line

PAC PERFORMANCE 20B MX-6 ON FIRE
It goes to show just how awesome it is racing here in Australia when rival teams jump to assist each other in bad situations. This fire could have been tragedy for the Pac Performance team and possible injury for George, but thanks to the quick thinking Po Tung grabbing the extinguisher no major damage occurred and they were able to repair the car and race later on that day. Onya Po! Any chance you'll be standing on the line when I run my car?
50psi boost 1200+hp Nissan RB30 - Ethanol E98
Nissan RB30 SOHC 3L engine built and tuned by JPC making over 1200hp on Ethanol fuel. The engine still retains a factory block and crank. Improvements come from a custom JPC turbocharger, manifolding, roller rockers and cam gear. Fuel is fed via ID2000cc injectors and an Autronic computer system.
This engine has previously run 8.79 at 160.25mph (with less power) in a full weight (3250lb) Holden VL commodore through stock suspension, Powerglide transmission, 9in rear end and 28x9in slicks.

Driveline modifications include a Trimatic automatic transmission, 6500rpm stall converter and modified Gemini diff with 28-spline axles and full spool centre.

With Jamboree just around the corner held at the Sydney complex WSID, Full Throttle Friday was a full house, new cars, Amazing Rigoli corrolla first pass ever with a 7.8, Jimmy Jaffa rx3 from Pac Performance putting a 7.5 @ 176mph, With only months away from this even Jamboree stay tunned cause only going to get better.
