Turbo 5.3 LM7 1986 Pontiac Trans Am 3rd gen at 5 PSI - 75-135 mph pull starting in 4th gear
Engine is a basic stock bottom end 5.3 with 6.0 (317) heads, LS6 cam and intake, and turbonetics 76mm BB turbo. Started low in 4th gear from 75 mph and let off at 135 mph. Car has A LOT left in it since the turbo is not even close to it's efficiency range yet!

Turbo 5.3 LSX Fairmont, Greg's First Ride in the Ultimate Sleeper
This is Greg, my 15 year old son's, first ride in the Fairmont. He is the
one that found the car on YouTube and told me about it and that Matt
(Denmah) wanted to sell it. Too bad it was dark, because you can't see his
face. We will make another video this weekend in the light. Anyway,
enjoy...there are several hard pulls here with absolutely no traction...and
me cackling like an idiot. I love this car!!!

B.S.; we're referring to the fact that the kids who are into cool cars
usually don't have the cash or the ability to get their mitts on a cool
ride. Add to that un-sympathetic parents, and you've got millions of high
schoolers rollin' beat up civics or other cheap junk. Dale Schwartz has a
leg up, however, with his new project they're calling the Y-Gen 3rd-Gen.
It's a Trans Am that's a full 7 years older than Dale, but he was able to
build a car he wanted the way he wanted.
