Aston Martin DP-100
Follow me on Facebook and Instagram! Facebook.com/JTPhotos / Instagram @speedracer38 One of the many perks during car week is getting invited to different manufacturers private houses where they have a beautiful display of cars to look at and drive. The Aston Martin villa had an amazing assortment of cars on display inside including 2 V12 Vantage S Roadsters, Vanquishs, and a V8 Vantage GT Roadster which were all Q-Series cars. There was even a race car on display. The biggest highlight for me was the DP-100 which is the only one in existence. The DP-100 was developed by the Aston Martin design team and it's a new virtual-only GT racer available in Gran Turismo 6. Sadly this car will never see an actual road but in the video game it is equipped with a twin turbo mid-engined power plant producing 800bhp. If you have Gran Turismo 6 do yourself a favor and take this car for a drive, I can only imagine how much fun it would be!
Aston Martin One77 TopGear First Drive Ever
The result of a secret test drive for TopGear man Tom Ford. The car that no journo would get to drive they said. We nick named the edit "Allegro" in all email correspondence to keep it secret that TG had in fact driven the £1.25m super car. Mind you, Tom had to go to Dubai to achieve this.
