Magazines Drag Week 2008, then some action on the track and in the pits.
Jays Galaxie did not finish in '08, but came back in 09 much more prepared
and won it's class with a best ET of 9.48 and completed the week long, 1200
mile drive without a problem.

1963 Ford Galaxie 427 Group N Historic Touring Car Chasing Falcon GTHO
Group N Historic Touring Cars at Eastern Creek in Nov 2011. Driver is Marc
Ducquet who is chasing down Mick Kennedy in the red XW Falcon GTHO that is
straight ahead on the starting grid. Race was eventually red flagged due to
the amount of cars that had gone off the track and also a major crash at
1927 Ford: Double-Trouble -- /BIG MUSCLE

In the world of hot-rodding there are few cars that are going to leave as
big an impression as this - the 1927 Ford Model T custom simply known as
"Double-Trouble". It rides on a custom-built tube chassis that's fabricated
from 1.5-inch tube. Is powered by two 4.6-liter modular V8s from Ford with
four, count 'em, FOUR Superchargers for
an approximate power output of around 1,200 hp. It also utilizes the
rear-end (inboard disc brakes and all) from an early Jaguar. It's a rolling
a Hot Wheels car and a masterpiece of engineering that is sure to make all
your naughty bits tingle.

New 1965 Model Ford Galaxie 500 debut at the first race of the year on the
road course in California with Dan Gurney, Ned Jarrett, A.J. Foyt, Parnelli
Jones, Fred Lorenzen, Marvin Panch, Junior Johnson, and more.
1963 Ford Galaxie Lightweight 427 dyno run
Ford Galaxie on the Dyno. Car competes in Historic
Touring Car races around Australia in Group Nc. Lex Davison and Sir Gawaine
Baillie were among a few people to race these cars back in the Australian
Touring Car Championship back in 1964. Most well known were the Sandown
races where the Galaxie had lapped the whole field after just 5 laps!

On Halloween 2009, Phil Featherston shattered the long held (unverified)
world record for the quarter mile Ford Thunderbolt in a flash of oil and
grit. The time was 9.23 seconds at 151mph. Special thanks to Jake and
