Tron Light Bike ( Lithium Powered )

Gotta admit, as a Milwaukee kid there is something about the throaty roar
of a Harley Davidson that warms the cockles. But the all-electric Light
Cycle modeled after the machines in Tron makes a head-snapping case for
It is the creation of Parker Brothers Choppers out of Texas and Evolve
Motorcycles, a made-in-America startup building electric scooters that are
actually a zippy good time. Since the latest Lithium ion batteries are so
small (thanks, cell phone engineers!), motorcycle designers can go nuts
with new concepts and this $55,000 baby is proof.
But the Parker Brothers still love their internal combustion, so we also
checked out their grown-up Green Machine, a modern spin on the old Big
Wheel rival built around a Harley Davidson engine. Check it out.

Lets talk about it :-
Beginner slow wheelies 1st day
This is me practicing slow wheelies for the first time. I'm trying to get
the feel for the balance point. The bike's a '93 CBR600. Since the video, I
have taken off the instrument panel, so it won't keep getting messed up,
and it looks a lot better. Any tips or advice would be great. I don't even
bother going fast while doing a wheelie, because I think slow controlled
wheelies are cooler, and better to learn on. Plus I'm not even old enough
to ride on the street, and parking lots aren't that big. Also, I want to
compete when I get good, and I'll need to know slow wheelies more than fast
ones. That was my third crash that day, but the bike's alright, and I am
too since I was wearing gear. I also have an Icon spine protector under the
Alpine jacket. And I'll have more videos up later of progress.
Hypermotard 1100 v GSX-R600 v Speed Triple
Ducati's new Hypermotard 1100 Evo is a great bike - but it has divided
opinion in the MCN office.
One side of the office thinks it's a relevant and fun alternative to a
supersports machine like the Suzuki GSX-R600, offering something fun and
sporty without the cramped-up racetrack riding position.
But the other side is convinced that super nakeds like the Triumph Speed
Triple offer all the excitement without the compromise.
