Temperature was about 105 degrees during these runs. So we were both
running pretty hot!
2008 Pontiac G8 GT Top Speed Run (Completely Stock)
Pontiac G8 GT performing a top speed run to see what this, arguably the
greatest pontiac ever built, is capable of achieving in completely stock
trim. (p.s. i know its just a rebadged commodore)
Superchips cortex programmer only used to raise the stock speed limiter, no
other options were changed and no tunes were installed.
Stock trim, nothing removed from the car at all, not even the spare tire.
Run was done with 3/8th of a tank of gas.
Car in its stock form: 361 hp & 385 ft. lbs. tq. 3,995 lbs. curb weight
Pontiac G8 GT: 15-80mph
New mods: New Era Intake, Catback: x-pipe with magnaflow mufflers and some
HPTuner work. no T/M = traction issues :)

RPM (thats what the popping noise is). sorry about the sound quality. its
recorded with a normal camera which doesn't give a full range of sound.
