MY 190 CID 1965 Corvair Monza in action and photos . Utilizes VW 94 mm pistons and jugs to increase the displacement from 164 to 190 . This engine has Weber 40mm 3 barrel carbs and an Otto 30 cam with roller rockers and stud girdles . Fiberglass bumpers , carbon fiber rear decklid ,and a polycarbonate rear window . 4.11 gears and 4 wheel disk brakes etc etc

On the Bridgeport mill, done in two stages for a step up, one for the piston and one for the cylinder. Many people bore the hole without a step, but Ray Vallero likes to leave more material there for strength integrity.
