LISTEN TO THIS WITH HIGH QUALITY HEADPHONES OR SPEAKERS ONLY. Like anything, it wont sound the same, or near the same unless you use high quality listening devices. Turn the bass up and enjoy. Its not obnoxiously loud at idol, and sounds pretty deep and smooth on hard excelleration, and on deceleration(engine breaking) it sounds pretty raspy and bad ass. I've never been one for an obnoxiously loud exahust, but I really love the sound and tone produced by this muffler.
I purchased it at performancecurve.com. The owner is a vendor on cherokeeforum.com and is a really great guy. The kit is around $100, but shipping across the country was $50. Even so, $150 for a cat back system like this is an incredible price.

Ford F100 vs. Chevy Corvette
My brother's truck is finally up and going after a year of work. It used to have a near stock 351 Windsor in it. Now it has a Windsor block with Cleveland heads and is stroked to 427 cu. in. This was the first time we had it at the track since we got it running and it was having some traction issues off the line all night. It was also sputtering a little so he had to hammer it at the light, let off, and hammer it again to get it to take off right. With those issues fixed, it'll easily run in the 7s. It already ran an 8.14 that night.

I took my Stepside on 42" Iroks, Dwayne with the Suzuki Samurai on 36" Iroks, Travis in the 4-Runner on 35" BFG's, Marvin and Sam in the '72 Chevy, Tim in the Cherokee and Randy in the Ford Flatbed. Travis, Dwayne and myself were the only ones to make the loop. I had the largest tires and got around best (of the trucks). Dustin and Richard were there on 4-wheelers and Dustin's 4-wheeler had tracks which went everywhere. I could almost go wherever I wanted with the 42's on the Stepside, it just wasn't very fast breaking trail.

this is my first truck, it is a 1976 ford f100 xlt ranger 4x4(got it for $1900!!!!!) . it has the 360 V8, (torque monster) with a 4 speed on the floor with the granny gear, it only has 65,XXX original miles!!! starts right up no matter what the temperature is without even using the choke. it has some dents i have to pop out and some rust i have to fix (bed floors, above the wheels, etc.) it has dual glass packs soon to be changed to either dual cherrybomb extremes or dual pypes violators. i might change to a 4bbl because it only has a 2bbl on it now, but that isnt neccessary, other than that itll just be restoration stuff. oh, and a sweet sterio system, and also going to get a new paint job. i love this truck with a passion it is really fun to drive and screw around in, me and my dad went drifting after i took this and did a burnout in the drive way, my mom got mad so we told her we were testing to see if the rear end is locked, she had no idea what that meant so we said that it has to be tested every couple of months, lol, anyway this is my truck and i hope to get it done for next year. AND IF YOU WERE WONDERING I PAID FOR THIS ALL BY MYSELF, JUST HAD TO BORROW SOME CASH FROM MY RENTS AND I AM PAYING THEM BACK(200 DOLLARS) thats what working 2 jobs gets you =^)
