Ray's 1974 Datsun 260Z RB25DET MegaSquirt MS1/E-029v

I installed Megasquirt on Ray's car (MS1/E-029v code to be specific), wired the instruments, and rewired almost the whole bloody car! The car runs awesome, looks awesome, and won 1st place in "Modified Z-car" at the 2007 All Datsun/Nissan Meet in Vancouver. While I researched how to hook up the RB25DET, Ray did all of the mechanical install of the motor, fab work for the Intercooler and Exhaust, and prepared all of the typically numerous other little things that take time and attention. The audio track came from Brant Bjork's fantastic album Jalamanta (NLA & OOP), so go BUY yourself some of Brant's finely crafted music... http://www.lowdesertpunk.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=1&Itemid=37

The Nissan S30 (sold in Japan as the Nissan Fairlady Z and in other markets as the Datsun 240Z, then later as the 260Z and 280Z) was the first generation of Z GT two-seat coupes, produced by Nissan Motors, Ltd. of Japan from 1969 to 1978. One of the most successful sports car lines ever produced, the trend-setting S30 was designed by a team led by Yoshihiko Matsuo, the head of Nissan's Sports Car Styling Studio.
