OSAKA JDM, Illegal street racing, Kanjo - XCAR
The "Kanjo" is a famous circular highway system in Japan. "Kanjo Racers" will take their modified Honda Civics to the highway and weave through built up traffic as they race each other and opposing Kanjo race temas at break neck speeds. The public highway is their circuit. "Kanjo Racing" is highly illegal and extremely dangerous.

Radical RXC: The World's Most Extreme Street Legal Coupe - XCAR
Subscribe to XCAR: http://www.youtube.com/user/XCARFilms Radical can hardly be considered sane at the best of times, but with the RXC they've taken their name quite literally and gone a few thousand steps further than ever before. Known for putting Superbike engines in light chassis to create a killer track car combination (The SR3 being their flagship model), with the RXC this is the first car they've designed from the ground up to be both for the road and track. They've dubbed it the 'world's most extreme road-legal coupe'. It's hard to argue with that. Powered by a 3.7 litre V6 Ford engine found in the new Mustang, it produces 380 bhp with 320lb ft of torque. Unlike the new Mustang, however, it weighs only 900kg, meaning it has 422bhp per ton. It's also capable of producing up to 900kg of downforce, the same as the cars weight. Again - road legal. Did we mention that already? As unbelievable as all this may be, Radical's LMP1 inspired car has finished its track development and just begun testing on the road, and XCAR were lucky enough to be the first ever to see the RXC take its first journey. We witnessed it in action on country lanes, A roads and saw the reaction it got filling up at a service station. We even managed to eat a service station sandwich inside it, most probably another world first. Needless to say, we were awestruck by the presence of the thing. The noise, the speed, the looks. It's certainly striking, and with the promise of it being a progressive handling driver's car in the same vein as the SR3, we can't wait until its finished and we can test it on the road and track. All signs point to it being equally at home on both. Words/Presented by: Nick Wilkinson Shot by: Ben Scott/Nick Wilkinson Edit by: Nick Wilkinson

Porsche Sport Driving School - XCAR
Sports cars are ace. They offer the best dynamics, the quickest acceleration, the sexiest looks and the most roadcred. But what use is all of that if you can't handle the thing? This is where places like the Porsche Sport Driving School come in really handy... The PSDS offers Porsche drivers (and non-Porsche drivers, but they have to hire one) the opportunity to spend up to three days learning how to properly drive their cars. You can undergo three levels of training at the Porsche Experience Centre at Silverstone -- Precision, Performance and Master. They take one, two and three days respectively and can take you from being a beginner to being pretty damn tasty behind the 'wheel. We were invited to have a go at the Precision course. Porsche's Experience centre at Silverstone is a wonderful facility. It can be used to simulate bad weather, ultra-slippery conditions, varying grip-levels or simply a lovely day's drive. The course also gives you access to the legendary Silverstone Grand Prix circuit for an hour a day during your training. That's a pretty sweet deal. There are many areas to play on at the experience centre: the ice hill (guess what that simulates), the kick plate (which forces you into a spin), low-friction circuit (the name says it all) and the handling circuit. Each can be used to hone your skills further and further, taking them to new heights and giving you something that only really dedicated driver training can give you: confidence behind the wheel. Porsche's instructors are top notch. They all know the ins and outs of handling -- not just in a 'man down the pub wot once J-turned his Escort' kinda way. Nope, they're race drivers. You know, bona fide professional drivers. Want to learn how to drive your Porsche properly? Head to the PSDS and get driving. Toyota Supra: A Retrospective - XCAR
Subscribe to XCAR: http://www.youtube.com/user/XCARFilms Toyota's made some pretty awesome cars in its time -- the Celica, Corolla, AE86, the new GT 86 -- but none of them compare the sheer brilliance of the Supra. The Supra is, arguably, the most recognisable car Toyota's ever made. It's been referenced in pop culture, featured heavily in the Gran Turismo games and still cuts a fine figure down the high street. In fact, the reaction the Supra got while we had it under our care was the biggest we've ever had. People stopped in the street to take pictures, children got their parents to stop so they could simply gawp, people in petrol stations cast sly glances at the giant, noisy beast that'd pulled in to their sleepy village splash 'n dash. The Supra in question is the result of a tie in between Toyota and the UK's Redline magazine. The idea was to create a road going replica of the TOM'S Castrol racing Supra -- a 500bhp beast designed to dominate the various Japanese GT series. Noise was this Supra's forte -- thanks to the modifications made by Redline magazine, it sounds pretty epic and much, much louder than anything on the road should. To go with the noise was a potentially epic turn of pace. The TOM'S replica Supra should have been massively quick -- it was given 370bhp+ by Redline many years ago. While 370bhp is a touch commonplace today, way back when it must have been something alien. I say 'should have' been massively quick, but its automatic gearbox throttled any potential for true fun. An option during its production run, the four speed auto isn't an ideal application in what should have been 'a bit of a weapon'. Y'see, the gear ratios are so chuffing long it takes a while to get up to speed. Once you reach turbo Boost time you're going a touch too fast to really enjoy it. Still, as a package... this particular Supra is pretty awesome. The Supra as a car has gained such a following the world over that it's one of those cars which will never be forgotten and always viewed through rose tinted specs -- like the Peugeot 205 GTI, for example. I can see why.

Mitch Allread: Don't Call it a Rat Rod... - /BIG MUSCLE
It packs a 400 hp diesel out of a Ford F-350, a Dana 80 rear-end, and a look and feel that would make Max Rockatansky feel right at home. This is Mitch Allread's custom fabricated creation and it is, without a doubt, one of the coolest things on the road today. This is a machine that transcends the traditional hot rod formula by breaking down borders and setting its own stage. Whereas most hot-rods are built by custom shops utilizing parts from mail order catalogs, Mitch took a different approach and fabricated just about everything on his ride by hand. Calling this a rat-rod would be an insult - a work of art however... that'd be just fine.

The Iconic Ferrari F40: Enzo's last Ferrari Driven & Revealed
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The Ferrari was the very last car that Enzo Ferrari built. The Iconic Ferrari F40 was the last car that the Italian brand's founder oversaw before he passed away in 1988. The supercar was built to celebrate Ferrari's 40th anniversary from 1987 to 1992 and was the successor to the Ferrari 288 GTO. The car cost $400,000 when it was new and featured carbon fiber construction along with a mid-engined rear-wheel drive designed. It is powered by a 2.9L twin turbo V8 that puts out just under 500 horsepower. It is extremely light and fast even by today's standards. In another fun and informative Classics Revealed video we get to know Enzo's last Ferrari up close and personal. Turn up your speakers and hit play.
