The title says it all, we came across this video of a McLaren MP4-12C walking by a Lamborghini Aventador in 1/2 Mile Race down an airstrip. While the numbers on paper (horsepower to weight ratios) have always favored the lighter MP4-12C vs the Aventador this is the first time we’ve seen the two in action side by side with a good camera view. Champion motorsports got their hands on a brand new 2014 Porsche 991 911 Turbo S to use a development car and brought it over to the dyno to see what kind of power the new Turbo S is making. On a Mustang Dyno over at HP Logic, the 991 Turbo S made 486 horsepower and 456 ft-lbs of torque through it’s 7 speed PDK transmission at all 4 wheels. Information on the upcoming 2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo has leaked out and while the specs look great, the pricing might have gone a bit out of control. Power from the 3.8L V6 Twin Turbo has been increased to 595 horsepower and 480 ft-lbs of torque due to larger turbochargers, a revised intake manifold along with an updated exhaust system. The only performance spec to be leaked so far is the Nürburgring time of just 7:08.
