2015 Audi A7 FL BiTurbo TDI (320hp) - pure SOUND (1080p)
First SOUND check of the recently facelifted 2015 Audi A7 Sportback powered by the range topping 3.0 V6 Biturbo TDI delivering 320 hp and 650 Nm of torque. Although that the engine is more or less carried over from the 313 hp predecessor I had the feeling that the 8-speed transmission in this car shifts quicker and that the overall drivetrain feels more "punchy" and refined. The sound that you hear in Dynamic mode is still created by those two Eberspächer Sound generators that sit next to the end-Exhaust system. The sound is very deep and also carries over a deep "V8-like" sound into the cabin, pretty nice actually and one passenger said: "Wow, this has a good sound, I already heard you when you were far away". BMW M550d TriTurbo (381hp) vs. Audi A7 BiTurbo (313hp) - 0-250 km/h (1080p FULL HD)
Pure 0-250km/h acceleration comparision between a 2013 BMW M550d Tri-turbo Diesel (381hp, 740Nm) and a 2013 Audi A7 Biturbo-TDI (313hp, 650Nm). Both have 3.0 6-cylinder diesel engines cuppled to 8-speed ZF transmissions and AWD-systems (xDrive, Quattro). While the Audi has 2 turbochargers the BMW actually offers 3 that build up a massive amount of torque. Comparing the weight the Audi should be a bit lighter but has the disadvantage of running on slightly larger wheels (BMW 19, Audi 20). Of course the rest of the circumstances as wind direction and speedometer inaccuracy are known, but should not significantly influence this race. Up to 180 the Audi keeps up pretty good, but what the BMW delivers above 200 is just beserk, it hits the 250 speed limiter pretty harsh;-) Both cars are driven the same way without using launch control! 2013 Audi A7 3.0 BiTurbo TDI (313hp) - DRIVE & SOUND (1080p FULL HD)
The full Autobahn and country road drive with the 2013 Audi A7 3.0 Bi-turbo TDI ("BiTDI") with 313hp and 650Nm of torque.This time in a A7 Sportback which had the optional S-Line package and therefore runs on 265 / 35 / R20 wheels. Acceleration is really impressive while the Exhaust plays a lovley sound. Compared to the 245hp Diesel (7-speed S-Tronic) in A6 and A7 this car offers the 8-speed automatic which makes the ride more comfortable than the S-Tronic variants. The built in S-Line Suspension was stable but a bit to uncomfortable, therefore I would suggest taking the Sport Suspension or adaptive air Suspension.
