see this cool classic 1967 VW Karmann Ghia convertible for sale from Left
Coast Classics in Sonoma California.
Join us for a little test drive in this super solid, clean vintage Karmann
Ghia in excellent shape. Body looks great and the new paint has a nice,
deep shine. Excellent trim and chrome with lots of new rubber, crisp, clear
windshield, excellent tires and brakes. Engine in excellent condition,
rebuilt less than 10k miles ago with dual carburetors and runs like a
champ. Shifting is tight and smooth as well. The interior still has some
original patina'd areas like the original square weave rugs, giving it a
nice vintage feel. Otherwise the front seats and panels have been replaced
along with the headliner and newer cloth top and boot cover. The floors and
rockers are super solid. Everything is in great working order. We are
currently replacing the fuel sender so that will be completed at time of
shipping. Important to note that 1967 is a low production year making it
pretty rare since only 4,100 were built.

Driving my Karmann Ghia
The 1956 Karmann Ghia I own does get driven from time to time. I have
friends who claim I 'never' drive it. This video shows that isn't the
Classic: VW Karmann Ghia Coupe 1966
This is sons gift to a father on 50th anniversary. While collecting mostly
young-timer cars, Dainius Matijošaitis decided to make an old-timer
present to his father - fully restored, neat 1966 VW Karmann Ghia Coupe.
Dainius will be driving Karmann Ghia in first classic rally in Lithuania:
"ORLEN Lietuva Classic Rally".

VW Karmann Ghia - FIRST DRIVE!!!!
OH YEAH!!! After 18 years of cutting, grinding, welding, filling, sanding,
sanding, sanding, priming, painting, buffing, fixing, wiring, trimming,
sweating, cussing, smiling, crying, talking, screaming, farting and
everything else it takes to dismantle and restore a car, the Karmann Ghia
moved again for the first under it's own power. The feeling? AWESOME!!!
1973 Karmann Ghia Driving Lesson
Be supportive guys, she's picked up driving this thing pretty quickly!
After about a week of working the various electrical bugs out of this Ghia
and tuning and tigthtening numerous components to spec, LaLaLauren311 was
ready to take her first drive. She is unable to drive a manual
transmission car (although she did pass motorcycle training on a
manual-shifted motorcycle) so she's received a quick lesson in how to
operate the car, and the rest went from there.
History: LaLaLauren311 has been crazy-wanting a Karmann Ghia for a while.
We've been searching high and low and not finding anything that fit our
needs of a decent running car at a super low cheap price. Then suddenly I
got a call one afternoon that a friend found a 1973 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia
outside of Walmart. The fellow that owned it didn't much like working on
it, and when it didn't start up one day he chose to rather offload it than
After acquiring the car, I towed it home behind my Nissan 350Z and very
quietly and secretly parked it in the driveway and set up my camcorder to
capture LaLaLauren311's reaction.

Vintage! Porsche-powered Karmann Ghia | Drive it!
Jochen Bader's Karmann Ghia RS is one of a kind. It's part Volkswagen, part
Porsche and a whole lot of fun. He took the sporty body of a 1970 Karmann
Ghia and pumped it full of Porsche technology. The result is a Ghia with an
output of 321 horsepower and a top speed
of more than 300 kilometers an hour.

vintage! The Karmann Ghia | drive it!
It is a heartbreaker of a car, a real dreamboat and possibly the most
beautiful VW ever built. However the sporty coupe does have one small
drawback. Its design is far racier than its driving performance. The first
Ghias were fitted wtih 30 horsepower VW Beetle
engines, while later models got 50 horsepower motors. Still,
when the Karmann Ghia was introduced back in 1955 this was more than enough
to keep vehicles like the Goggomobil and BMW Isetta in check. During it's
close to 20 years in production, some 443,000 Ghias were sold. Today this
classic car has nothing left to prove. We take a relaxing drive in this
stylish milestone of automotive history.

My 1974 Karmann Ghia
This is my 1974 Ghia. It was a hunk of junk when I first purchased it. Five
years later after taking it compleatly apart it's now my favorite toy. 87mm
pistons too. The gauges on the dash are VDO, but I purchased three "BUS"
fuel gauges from junkyards. I removed the chromes rings and installed them
on the new VDOs. Now they match the originals on the dash.
1971 Karmann Ghia Walk Around and Drive
Hey VW fans let's take a late fall drive in my new '71 Karmann Ghia
Convertible. This is a beauty found recently after 24 years stored in a
barn - she was taken good care of though the owner would take her out each
summer to clean her up. Take a look at the full description and photo and
video shoot I took of this classic 1971 Karmann Ghia Convertible here:
Give me a call if you want to take her home. Happy V-dubbin
Please give her a thumbs up and subscribe for more classic car videos!
