First start-up of my 2000 Saab 9-3 Viggen! Built b234, complete head and block. T5 Gs valve springs. 3 angle valve job. Mild port and polish, port match/gasket matched. Flashed and polished block and oil returns. 90mm Wossner pistons. 147mm stock big and small end Pauter connecting rods. Glyco bearings. Weight matched to 1/10th of a gram. Balanced. GS Exhaust manifold. Custom t5/t7 hybrid intake manifold. Siemens 875cc 80lb/hr fuel injectors. Aeromotive Stealth 340lph fuel pump. Semi-built transmission. Qauife LSD. ARP ring gear bolts. Update kit. Updated/newer crush sleeve..Spec stage 3+ clutch kit. Lots of custom fabrication and bracketry. Three inch turbo back TIG welded V-band Exhaust. Suspension, etc etc. FIRST FULL b234 swap into a vehicle running on Trionic 7. Built by me.
