My 2000 Saab 9-3 Viggen limited series no.9 of 30 The engine is fully built with forged internals. UPGRADES: ABBOTT RACING: intake pipe, delivery pipe, Dump Valve, Hybrid TD04 turbochargher with ceramic bearings, 3'' stainless steel Exhaust with racecat (excluding the final silencer), Koni suspensions with specific Abbott springs, cams,ECU, modified and relocated intake pipe. ENGINE: Fully built from a 2005 250hp B235R, Wossner forged pistons (coated), H beam forged rods, special bearing and bushings, balanced and calibrated pistons-rods-stroker, reinforced headbolts, metallic gaskets, plasma coated block. New waterpump, pulley and belt tensioner, upgraded power steering, reinforced engine/transmission mounts. Upgraded clutch wit a carboceramic, new flywheel, upgraded and reinforced transmission internals. Saab 9-5 SID LCD Display Repair
My repair of a Saab SID display, which had lost pixels on the LCD screen. Ultimately, I discovered the ribbon cable had deteriorated beyond repair, and I purchased a replacement ribbon cable. A $400 unit was fixed for a little more than $40.

Mods: Jak Stoll Performance Stage 2 fuel chip Swedish Dynamics Stage 3 APC 34lb. injectors 18"x12"x3" bar and plate custom Intercooler K&N cone filter ClutchNet Stage 3 clutch kit (junk) 3" Magnaflow race cat. and Exhaust (straight-thru muffler) Intrax springs Bilstein shocks EBC brakepads as of Christmas 2008 its gone through 2 ClutchNet clutches, and 2 transmissions. the car is all torn apart and has a new transmission and Sachs clutch waiting to go in.... probably in the springtime when all the snow melts. To do: 3" downpipe (I know, I know) turbo upgrade (T3/60, T3/Super60, T3/T4 hybrid, Holset HX35 perhaps..)
