このシステムでのセッティングは、リターダー式シャーシダイナモ上で一定加速になるように自動で負荷をかけて実走行 に近い設定でエンジンを回してトルク（kg-m）・パワー（PS)を測定しています。同時に排ガスをＨＯＲＩＢＡ製MEXA-554J（portable emission analyzerｓ）でサンプリングして炭化水素（HC）・一酸化炭素（CO) ・空燃比（A/F)・二酸化炭素（CO2)を測定しています。
今回はセッティングと同時にレース用点火時期の電装部品の比較テストも行っています。装着前・装着後のグラフの比較もできます。

and A/F monitoring system analyze condition of combusion in your engine.Transition records are available on monitoring system which can compare with previous records (You can check current set up data comparing with pevious one).
Now this video shows demonstration test for set up work for Keihin FCR carburetor under Acceleration-Constant condition. Monitoring system tell you the set up of carburetor is optimal or not.
ZX-7R starting with FCR 39 Flatsides and Dynacoils
This is my ZX-7R. It has FCR 39mm Keihin flatsides mounted. I have replaced the original coils with new dyna coils. Spark wires are replaced. The mounted Exhaust is a BOS superbike 120db Exhaust.
I have a new Dynatek iginition wich is not mounted yet.
