Ford Powerstroke 6.4L Stuck EGR Removal
Here is the procedure that works for getting that stuck egr valve out of the housing without damaging the housing. It is only a few bolts and that housing comes right off. Once we get that egr out we have an opportunity to really clean the housing of all the soot and sludge and make it like new.

Ford 6.4 Powerstroke. Coolant leak radiator hose replace.
With this video I show the way I replace the upper and lower hoses on the 6.4 Powerstroke. The replacement hoses are a dual o-ring design. The dual o-rings help in multiple ways. One is leaks. The other is keeping pressure in the system which reduces cavitation, air pockets, hot and cold spikes and premature front cover wear.
