2006 STi Rallispec Block, 20G turbo, Perrin FMIC, TXS turboback
TPG/J&S Subaru Dyno day Saturday February 12, 2011: My 2006 Subaru STi on one of the earlier pulls making 300hp at the wheels. On this Dyno, it was quite impressive. ended up doing 323hp/338tq at the wheels. Compared to a Stage 2 protuned 2011 Sti, which made 215hp/216tq at the wheels - I'd say my car makes some serious power. Tuned by Nate Silveri

outright winner at mazfix Dyno day 2010, paul's stunning
looking street rx7 come out with figures of 761.1hp @24psi of Boost which as you can tell watching the video
sounds tuff. As time has come along paul is now running on pump fuel not
C-16 and has a figure of 707hp. Thanks guys for watching and like always

Installing an eBay 20g
I'm reviewing an ebay 20g TD05 internally-gated turbocharger. You've seen me open it, assess it,
and port it. Now I'm going to install it and see how it fits on my car.
Its dimensions are close enough to a Mitsubishi turbo that it fits well, but it didn't play nice
with my aftermarket stuff as the video illustrates.
You'll see what I mean...
The wastegate actuator nipple aims straight toward the compressor housing,
and I don't like it. I fixed it with a pair of pliers and an allen wrench
at 5:55 in a way that's far less likely to break it. The flanges and bolt
centers lined up fine and without any issues, though others have claimed to
have had them with this turbo. The
compressor cover is an obvious giveaway regarding identifying this turbo. It does not wear the cast-in designation
TD05H that the Mitsubishi turbos do, but
for $228, what do you expect?
If you chose to go this route, just manage your expectations. Be aware
that it might not bolt up perfectly to your particular car, and be willing
to fix what isn't perfect.

bellmouth DP (catless), Perrin cat-back Exhaust, turbosmart BOV, Deatschwerks 850cc injectors,
Walbro fuel pump, grimmspeed 3 port Boost controller, Cobb AP, Perrin turbo inlet pipe, Perrin short ram intake. All Exhaust components are heat wrapped, & I
didn't have time to install my Perrin FMIC because it was on back-order for
a few weeks. 19.5psi of Boost &
360whp/ 355tq. It's a nice daily driver & feels like a roller coaster going
downhill when I go WOT! No negative comments please! I will put an in-car
video up as soon as I can... Enjoy!
